Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

Our team of therapists offers both in-person and virtual therapy options. In-person sessions are located at 851 W. 181st St., New York, NY, 10033. Virtual sessions available for NY, NJ, CT, RI, VT, DE, MA, FL, OH, OR, WY, IA.

Do you take insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. We will provide you with a monthly “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance to request for reimbursement.

What are your fees for sessions?

Our team of therapists offer a range of session durations and we have a range of fees. We will work with you during the initial intake evaluation to assess what is clinically and financially supportive for you based on our fee range.

Do you offer sliding scale/equity pricing?

Yes, our team offers limited sliding scale openings based on availability. Please feel free to discuss this option during the initial consult call. As a proud member of Project Heal, The Healers Circle, Dr. Capri offers time limited no fee accessible therapy which you can apply for directly through Project Heal.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48-hours notice or you will be charged the full fee of the session. We will make exceptions for emergency circumstances. If we have any open session times, we may be able to reschedule your session within the same work week, but this is not always possible based on availability.
